Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement using one of the methods below.

How to Withdraw
You can submit your withdrawal request by either:

What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal within 24 hours
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase
- Your access to premium features will end immediately upon processing the withdrawal
Important Notes
Loss of Withdrawal Right: If you have expressly requested that we begin providing the Service immediately after purchase, and you have used the Service (e.g., analyzed races, accessed Pro features), you may have waived your right of withdrawal for the portion of the Service already provided.
In such cases, you may still be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
